AFF now runs sessions at Riverside Gardens Ilkley every Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm and on Saturdays from 12.15pm.

All Sessions last an hour and are suitable for all abilities of physical fitness. The sessions will be conducted by our current or ex military physical training instructors.

Its a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time so spread the word and we’ll see you very soon…..
